LET GOD ARISE (PART 5)
Use Left/Right to seek, Home/End to jump to start or end. Hold shift to jump forward or backward.
Something gets taken from you, and the hardest part isn’t only the loss. It’s the feeling that the people or forces behind it are too strong to challenge. We bring that fear into the open and answer it with Scripture that doesn’t flinch: Psalm 50:15 calls us to pray in the day of trouble, and God promises deliverance that turns into praise.
We lean on Isaiah 49:24–26, where God asks whether prey can be taken back from the mighty and whether captives can be rescued from a tyrant. Then God answers with a commitment to contend for us, defend us, and restore what was stolen. If you’ve been searching for a Christian sermon on deliverance, spiritual warfare, protection, and restoration of stolen blessings, this is a focused word of hope with clear next steps.
We also walk through David’s turning point in 1 Samuel 30:8. Before he moves, he inquires of the Lord, listens, and obeys. That pattern becomes our practical takeaway: strengthen your relationship with God, ask for divine direction, and trust that when God says “pursue,” recovery is possible. We close with direct prayer for God to arise in our defense and restore peace of mind, progress, and inheritance.

Welcome And Psalm 50 Promise
SPEAKER_00Praise the Lord. Hallelujah. We welcome you to the hour of the word of our living God in the name of God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit. In Psalm 50, verse 15. Psalm 50, verse 15, God said, Call upon me in the day of trouble. I will deliver you, and you shall glorify me. Anyone who gets to the point where God no more protects, defends, and restores can be said to be spiritually dead. I pray that our God will always be there as a great shield and protector for us. He will also recover and restore for us all that Satan and his agents that have stolen from us in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. Amen.
Worship And Opening Prayer
SPEAKER_00There is no one like you. You are greater than the best. In Exodus chapter 5, verse 3, the Bible says, The Lord is a man of war. The Lord is his name. Yes, you are, Lord. We thank you for your inspiration for the first series of this study. We appreciate all that you have taught us in today's study, Lord. Please glorify your name. Open our minds and grant us the grace to receive the power to recover all the losses from the enemy, no matter how powerful they can be. Be our strength always, Lord. For we have prayed in Jesus' mighty name. Amen.
Let God Arise Part 5
SPEAKER_00The topic of our message is let God arise. Part 5. Our little text is taken from the book of Isaiah, chapter 49, verses 24 to 26. Isaiah 49, we read verses 24 to 26. Can the prey be taken from the mighty? Or the captives of a tyrant be rescued? For thus says the Lord, even the captives of the mighty shall be taken, and the prey of the tyrant shall be rescued. For I will contend with those who contend with you, and I will save your children. I will make your oppressors eat their own flesh, and they shall be drunk with their own blood as with wine. Then all fresh shall know that I am the Lord, your Savior, and your Redeemer, the mighty one of Jacob.
Isaiah 49 On Rescue From Power
SPEAKER_00Brethren, we all know that we can call God before, during and even after an attack has been carried out against us. He has the capacity and the willingness always to help us. King David in the first book of Samuel, chapter 30, verse 8. First book of Samuel, chapter 30, verse 8, said, And David inquired of the Lord, shall I pursue after this band? Shall I overtake them? He answered him, Pursue, for you shall surely overtake, and shall surely rescue. This was David's inquiry of God when his men came to Zealas and they discovered that the Amalekites had made a raid against Negab and against Ziglag. They had overcome Ziglag and burned it with fire, and taken captive of the women and all who were in it, both small and great. They killed no one, but carried them off and went their way. Our study analysis of these events will be the anchor of our discussions today.
David’s Recovery And Three Lessons
SPEAKER_00Number one David had a great relationship with God. This is what we all need to have. In the book of 1 Samuel, chapter 2, verse 9. 1 Samuel chapter 2, verse 9, the Bible says, He will guard the feet of his faithful ones, but the wicked shall be cut off in darkness. For not by might shall a man prevail. If you want God to arise for your knees today, go back to him. Please strengthen your relationship with him. Strengthen your relationship also with God. Number two. David inquired from God before making his move. Enquiries not by fortune tellers or seers can be a great guide for your move. Do you communicate with God? Are you ready to listen to his counsel? Some will have made up their mind and even be boasting before hearing from God. Doing so without properly hearing from God is very wrong. Total obedience that has been tested and has consistently delivered faithfully is what God requires from us. He will always defend us if we remain faithful to him. Divine inquiries means that you trust God to the point that you are ready to submit totally to his directions. Number three, David knew that once God gives, go ahead, it's a done deal. He could separate the voice of God from the voice of man. He had known how to follow the directive of God. That's a great leader. There is no powerful man outside the power of God. Brethren, when anyone calls himself the powerful, it's a momentary privilege from God. I've read and known of small countries forming a large empire to rule the world or very large continents. After a moment, God will change the power. When I see great men of yesteryears in medical clinics for checkup, they become ordinary. These are men who are shakers and movers of yesteryears. God can create even circumstances that make even strong men and young men to lose their positions and all the powers that goes with it. But it is God who executes judgment. He puts down one and lifts up another. Seek God's assistance now. Reconcile your relationship to serve God and trust Him perfectly. Then you can start crying to God now and say, My Father and my God, please arise in your anger every goodness that mean men, powerful men, wicked men, oppressors, tyrants, greedy men have taken away from me. Please contend with them. Protect my inheritance, protect my blessings and rescue me from their power in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. Amen.

Final Prayer For Restoration
SPEAKER_00us pray. Our Father and our God, we worship you. Thank you for the opportunity to learn from you and be encouraged by your power to restore our lost glories to careless men. I pray that every good thing that wicked people might have denied us as individuals or collectively as a country, including peace of mind. Our God should rise in our defense today and restore us totally. Never again will anyone be bold enough to stand against our progress and our peace. Anyone or group of people who try such will be made to drink their own blood and be fed with their own flesh. In the mighty name of Jesus Christ. Amen.
