LET GOD ARISE (PART 4)

Fear loves to tell a convincing story: stay put, wait for safer conditions, and don’t move until the threat is gone. We push back on that mindset with a direct word from Exodus 14:15–19, where God tells Moses and Israel to stop crying out in panic and start moving forward even while the Red Sea is still in front of them. This is “Let God Arise, Part 4,” and we treat it like a practical guide to faith, obedience, and spiritual warfare, not a motivational slogan.

We walk through the conditions that position us to see God defend His cause and defend His people. Why does God seem “silent” sometimes? What if the issue isn’t God’s power, but our hesitation? We talk about how procrastination is often disguised as caution, why obedience creates the pathway for deliverance, and how God can use your movement as the setup to overturn what is chasing you. We also challenge the common assumption that every enemy must disappear before you can experience breakthrough, and we reframe testimony as something God can showcase in front of witnesses.

Then we zoom out to God’s “style” of miracles: unique, strategic, and often surprising. Just as the cloud shifted to stand between Israel and Egypt, God can shift positions and circumstances to confuse the enemy and protect you. We end with a call for a personal encounter with Jesus Christ, because relationship strengthens trust, and trust changes how you handle warfare.

Praise And Opening Prayer

Praise the Lord. Hallelujah. We welcome you to the hour of the word of God, the Most High, in the name of God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit. The psalmist in Psalm 74, verse 22, says, Arise, O God, defend your cause. Remember how the foolish scoff at you all day. Father, we pray that every garden of the foolish and the ungodly against your name in our lives and ministry be scattered and disgraced in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. Amen. Let us pray. Our gracious Father and our God, we celebrate you. Psalm 100 verse 5 spoke of your goodness, that your mercy is everlasting, and that your truth endures to all generations. These attributes, Lord, we are witnesses to. We say, Blessed be your name. In this concluding episode of our topic in this series, please glorify your name, Lord. Please arise for our help and do not watch us destroy by our adversaries. You are the only one that we have. You are more than sufficient in defending us, Lord. Thank you, our Lord and Redeemer. In Jesus' mighty name, we have prayed. Amen.

Message Title And Scripture Reading

The title of our message is Let God Arise. Let God Arise. Part 4. A little text is taken from the book of Exodus, chapter 14. We read verses 15 to 19. Exodus 14, verses 15 to 19. The Lord said to Moses, Why do you cry to me? Tell the people of Israel to go forward. Lift up your staff and stretch out your hand over the sea and divide it. That the people of Israel may go through the sea on dry ground. And I will harden the heart of the Egyptians, so that they shall go in after them. And I will get glory over Pharaoh and all his hosts, his chariots and his horsemen. And the Egyptians shall know that I am the Lord. When I've gotten glory over Pharaoh, his chariots and his horsemen. Then the angel of God who was going before the host of Israel moved and went behind them. And the plough of cloud moved from them and stood behind them. Brethren, we thank God for the last three series on this topic. Let God arise. No. Many will have tried to call him like an attack dog, but they won't see him in action. There are conditions precedent before God can arise in defense of anyone. This will be the focus of our discussions in our studies today.

Go Forward Beyond Fear

Firstly, God was surprised that Moses was still worried, even after the mandate he got from him concerning the threat from the Egyptian warfare. This is a regular problem with many of us. When God says, I will do a thing, you can take it to the bank, as they say. I don't know what God has promised you, and you are still dragging your foot in procrastination based on the fear of what can happen. I stand by God's grace in the role of Moses today. That God asked me to tell you you should move forward. It is when you have moved forward that God will help you. Fear and procrastination can never help you. As you move forward today, in obedience to the word of God, God Himself will open way for you and make a success of your move in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. Amen.

Obedience That Turns Battles

Secondly, God used the obedience of the Israelites in advancing to cross the Red Sea as a setup to destroy their enemies, the Egyptians. Many expectant mothers feel that their enemies must die before they can conceive. Well, who will then wash plates on the day of your baby christening? God may want them to be part of your witnesses as you give your testimony in breakthrough. Leave God to play out his own words, and you will just be still for all those areas that you constantly worry. Your testimony of victory will soon be used to proclaim to the whole world that our God is a great God. Amen.

God Shifts Strategy To Block Enemies

Thirdly, God uses different positions and strategies to confuse the enemy in performing his miracles. God decided to shift the position of the guiding cloud to stand between the enemy and the Israelites. I pray that God in his mercy will make a move and a shift that will confuse the enemy in your life, in your family, and in your business today, in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. Amen.

Faith, Encounter, And Final Charge

In summary, brethren, God is a man of word, a man of war, and he has never lost any battle. Those who mock God has not been able to deliver them are actually pronouncing destruction for themselves. In Jeremiah chapter 32, verse 27. Jeremiah 32, verse 27, God said, Behold, I am the Lord, the God of all flesh. Is anything too hard for me? I am a witness that there is nothing hard for God to do. Absolutely nothing. God's style of doing things are only ever unique. If you don't have a relationship with Him, you simply cannot understand and may conclude that it's because He cannot do it. Your trust and faith is another key to understand God's working style. No two miracles in the Bible are exactly the same style. Or without someone with an unshaken faith in God. It is therefore my prayer today that God will reveal Himself to you in person. This will be the beginning of great things to happen in your life. Without this encounter, you will just be living life like a fowl, living for Christmas celebration only. When you have had the personal encounter with our Lord Jesus, everything will turn around you and you will start receiving revelation of what your role in managing the entire world by God through you is. You will decree a thing and it will come to pass. No experience is comparable to this. You can go on your knee right away and talk to God about your life and the need for Him to take over your life for an encounter and direction. Tomorrow may just be too late.
